● Quadriceps Stretch
● Hamstring Stretch
● Calf stretch
● Straight Leg Raise
● Mini Squats
● Glute Bridge
Quadriceps
Stretch:
Stretch
your quadriceps by standing close to a wall or using a chair as support. Grab
your ankle with one hand while bending one knee and bringing your heel up
towards your buttocks. When you feel a stretch at the front of your thigh,
slowly move your heel closer to your buttocks. After holding for 20 to 30
seconds, switch to the other leg. For each leg, aim for 2 to 3 repetitions.
Hamstring
Stretch:
Extend
one leg straight in front of you on the floor while you sit on the chair. Try
to lean forward from your hips while maintaining a straight back. After holding
for 20 to 30 seconds, switch to the other leg. For each leg, aim for 2 to 3
repetitions.
Calf
stretch:
Keep your hands on the wall at shoulder height while standing facing the wall to perform a calf stretch. Take a step back with one foot, maintaining it straight and planting the heel firmly on the ground. When you get to feel a stretch in your calf, lean forward while keeping the rear leg straight and bending the front knee. After holding for 20 to 30 seconds, switch to the other leg. Attempt to perform 2-3 times on each leg. It can be helpful for Knee Pain Relief.

Straight
Leg Raise:
Lie
flat on your back with one leg straight and the other bent. Lift the straight
leg off the ground gradually until the bent knee aligns with the straight leg.
Hold for a few while before gradually lowering the leg back down. Start with
ten repetitions for each leg, then increase as tolerated.
Mini
Squats:
Standing
with your feet shoulder-width apart, perform little squats, if necessary,
grabbing onto a firm surface for support. Slowly stoop down into a position
similar to when you recline in a chair by bending your knees. Maintain a
straight back and toe-to-knee alignment. After maintaining the squat for a
while, stand back up to your starting posture. Aim for 10-15 times.
Glute
Bridge:
Lie
on your back, bending your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor to
perform the glute bridge. Create a bridge with your body by contracting your
glute muscles and lifting your hips off the ground. Hold for a short while,
then gradually bring your hips back down. Set a goal of 10–15 repetitions.
